• Necklaces and bracelets can be shortened or extenders added free of charge.
• Hand-woven & PMC pieces require up to 2 weeks to complete order.
• If ordering PMC pieces, please be aware that variations in pendants / flowers will occur due to hand-made nature of pieces. 
• If placing an order for several PMC pieces, please allow for additional time.
• Repair on pieces free for 30 days after purchase—please present receipt.
• No Returns on Artwork.
• No Returns on Custom Jewelry.
• Custom Jewelry Orders require 1/2 down payment.

• Internet orders can be paid via Money Order, PayPal or personal check. 

• Work will not begin on custom orders until down payment is received.  (Personal checks must clear the bank before work begins.)
• Shipping on Jewelry starts at $5.00 to cover priority shipping and insurance.  If you are outside the United States or would like to purchase a piece of art, please contact the artist for exact shipping rates.
